Regarding offline work, Basically we give the image (GIF - file ). From this file the client will manually typed in MS Word document as same in the image file with following the specification given.

Your work without any mistake, you will get the above rate. If mistake arises up to the above level, payment will reduced. If your mistakes reach the allowance then automatically the work will be cancelled and no refund of deposit and further work. If your work within the mistake allowance and submitting within 25 days then, we will give the work up to 2015 without further deposit.
Once you registered, we will give the trial work of 50 pages along with the instructions how to complet work without any mistake. After you submit the trial work without any mistake then we will give the actual payable work of 200 pages in the form of CD. You will follow the instructions as already given, complete the work within 25 days submit directly to the companies email id : submitsrandatamation@gmail.com . After 20 days from the last date as mentioned in the CD you will get the QC report from company along with the payment details. After three days from the report, our Franchisee will make the payment along with the next work.
If you willing to join, deposit in our ICICI bank account no. 106105002196 in the name of VIJI DATA PROCESS, TIRUPUR. and send us your full address by email. then we will send the application form along with the agreement copy to you by courier. After signing the same you send back to Franchisee address, once we receive the details then we will send trial work CD to you.

1. All Trial Work to be submitted only to the following email :

2. This submission details is only applicable if the clients is joined directly
from the Franchisee. If they joined through the dealer then all the work will be submitted directly to DEALERS. The Dealers will collect the work and submitted to the following Email id with mentioning the
dealers area in the email subject.
3. After typing your work save all the typed word files in one folder named
as the file name in original CD : ( Example : 115806a ).
4. Use WINZIP SOFTWEAR add the zip folder of the above saved folder
with the name as the original folder name.
5. Send this zipped folder with the attachment to SRANDATAMATION
only to the following email :

6. While submitting the work, Please remember to
mention ids to the corresponding work in the
subject of the mail. Example : ( R. PALANISAMY - WORK – SAD –
8028-1 – 600 PAGES - LAST DATE 25.10.08 ).
7. After sending the work you will get the confirmation mail to your
reference. Keep the confirmation mail safely for your future reference. If
confirmation mail not received within 5 minutes then again you resend
the work the same email. After resending the mail if you are not received
the confirmation mail then contact to the Franchisee mobile no.
